This page carries the current labor rate, how materials are priced, and truck-stock prices as they get standardized. It exists because transparency is cheaper than mistrust — for both of us. If a number here and a number on an invoice ever disagree, ask; one of them is wrong and I want to know which.
Standard service labor. It's the same number a diagnostic ceiling draws against, and the same number approved repair work continues at. On repair labor, documentation — the readings, photos, and written record — is part of the work product, not a separate meter running.
Book price runs higher than shelf price — or an online clearinghouse. Those prices don't include the windshield time, rarely under 30 minutes door to door, or the inventory logistics.
In our experience the job usually ends quicker, with a lower overall bill, than sourcing the part mid-job. What the premium carries:
On the truck, across the variants this valley's equipment actually runs — so the job typically ends in one visit.
Money parked on a shelf so your job doesn't wait. Somebody finances that shelf — better a line item than a hidden fee.
Some parts only work because of the tool that installs them. The tool cost rides with the parts it enables.
Someone has to take responsibility. If we did the work, it's ours.
These are standardized and fixed. Billed as used, documented on the service report.
Parts not on this list are quoted before installation. If a part has to be ordered, you see the price (and the choice) before it is installed. No silent mark-ups after the fact.
We don't transfer cost across jobs. You don't pay for other people's materials. You don't pay for tools that aren't fixing your job. You don't pay for someone else's free estimate.
