How texting with us works.

What we send

• Replies to your calls and texts. If we miss your call, you may get a text from this number acknowledging the call and asking what the job needs — address, what the system is doing. That text is how a missed call doesn't fall through the cracks.
• Scheduling and job messages. Appointment confirmations, arrival notice, questions about the work, records of it.
• Only if you asked for them: cancellation-list openings and maintenance reminders. These go out only after you've said yes in writing — see consent, below.

Message frequency varies with your job. There are no drip campaigns. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS Terms & Conditions — the exact words

This section is the program collateral: the words as they are actually spoken and sent at the moment of consent.

• The voicemail greeting (what callers hear): "You've reached Yampa Valley Mechanical. Please leave a message with a who, what, why, where — and how we can help."
• The missed-call reply (sent to a caller we missed, responding to their inbound call): "Yampa Valley Mechanical — we have your call from this number, recorded with time and reason. The technician reads these directly and will reply as the schedule allows. What's the service address, and what's the system doing? Reply STOP to opt out."
• The notification opt-in offer (recurring messages are offered in writing, in-thread): "Install work is currently booked out. Reply YES to join the cancellation list and we'll text when a slot opens. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms & privacy: yvmechanical.com/sms.html"
• The enrollment confirmation (sent after a YES): "Yampa Valley Mechanical: you're on the list. We'll text when there's something to tell you — a cancellation opening or the reminder you asked for; frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
• The consent agreement: By replying YES to a written offer, you agree to receive the described recurring text notifications from Yampa Valley Mechanical (Integrated Concept Management LLC). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel at any time.

Consent — how you opt in

• Conversation: texting or calling (970) 846-5622 starts one, and we reply to it. That's the whole agreement for ordinary back-and-forth about your job.
• Notifications: the cancellation list and maintenance reminders take an explicit yes. We ask in writing, you answer YES in writing, and the answer is kept — value, timestamp, source.
• The record: consent here is a stored fact, not an assumption. If you ever want to see yours, ask.

Stopping it

• Reply STOP at any time. That ends the messages, and the opt-out is recorded the same way the opt-in was.

Privacy Policy

We keep the record of the work: messages, timestamps, phone numbers, and the job history they belong to. That record is how nothing falls through the cracks, and it stays ours.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent contact data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the carriers and messaging providers that physically deliver the messages.
