What do I do if my Triangle Tube is down?

1. Confirm you have working carbon monoxide alarms (especially on Prestige / Excellence / Aerco Esteem units in the recall date range).

2. Find the model and serial on the boiler rating label (front panel, right side, or behind the front door on many wall-hung Prestige units).

3. Photograph the label and the error code on the display.

4. Email service@yvmechanical.com with subject Triangle Tube / boiler — include the town, the model/serial photos, and what the unit is doing.

5. Book a diagnostic visit when you are ready for on-site work.

Second-home owners: include access instructions and who holds keys in that first email.
