Is Triangle Tube still in business?
No — not in North America.
Triangle Tube (legal name Triangle Tube / Phase III Co. Inc., of New Jersey) was acquired, with its then-parent ACV International, by Groupe Atlantic in 2018.
Groupe Atlantic is a privately owned French heating manufacturer.
Public notices and trade press report that Triangle Tube ceased North American operations on November 3, 2025.
A sister brand, Ideal Heating North America, also announced closure at the same time.
Industry trade coverage (ACHR News, HVACR Business) reported the same shutdown date and the same parts message: outstanding equipment orders would not be processed; spare parts would be available through distributors while supplies last; products carried no manufacturer warranty from the shutdown date forward.
As of a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall page note dated March 3, 2026, Triangle Tube is no longer in business, and the free recall remedy is no longer available to consumers who had not already registered.
In September 2026, AuctionAdvisors announced a court-ordered liquidation of Triangle Tube's remaining New Jersey warehouse inventory (parts, heat exchangers, controls, and related equipment).
