Three price points. You pick the ceiling — work never passes it without your approval.

$500 — diagnosis, plus room for a small fix $750 — diagnosis, plus a couple hours of fix room $1,000 — for when even the little ones take some elbow grease

Every ceiling includes the $250 written report — findings, readings, photos, yours to keep and portable anywhere. The rest of the ceiling is room for the fix at $225/hr and book-rate materials. Unused ceiling is refunded.

Honest scope note: real troubleshooting takes time. A new system that has never run right can take multiple day-long sessions. The ceiling is your protection, not the price of the job.

The other way to run it: book the $500 ceiling, and tell us in writing to keep going — we proceed from diagnosis through repair without stopping to re-quote, and the balance is invoiced against the full written report. For people whose scarce resource is attention.
